Terms & Conditions

Kid's Classes
Annual enrolment fee is payable at time of enrolment, or on annual basis for returning students. Term fee payment is due in full at time of enrolment, or before the start of term for returning students. Students joining after the start of term will only be charged on a prorata basis.Enrolment and Payment
Participants must complete the enrolment process and make timely payments for classes and other services offered by Creativ Circl Dance Studio. Fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy.Make-Up Classes
Participants who cannot attend class for any reason (i.e. sickness, cancellation etc.) in the term can do a make up class in that week of the same style, if this is not possible the missed class can be rolled over to the next term.Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy. Inappropriate behaviour, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.Dress Code
Participants must adhere to the studio's dress code. Proper dance or sports attire and footwear are required for all classes to prevent any injuries.Liability and Waiver
Participants understand and acknowledge the risks associated with learning to dance activities and release Creativ Circl Dance Studio from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during classes or events.Media Release
Participants grant Creativ Circl Dance Studio permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during classes or events for promotional and advertising purposes.Communication
The studio will primarily communicate with participants via email and other specified communication channels. Participants are advised to check their emails regularly to stay informed of studio updates and announcements.Changes and Cancellations
The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or other aspects of the program as necessary. The studio will notify participants of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
